Philly Cheesesteak Sliders

Ingredients:
3-4 thin steaks (such as frozen Steak-Umms or thin “sandwich steaks” found in beef section of grocery store)
1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 package sliced provolone cheese
1 package slider rolls
4 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet on medium. Meanwhile, thinly slice raw steak. Add onions to oil, and cook on medium until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add steak and cook until browned, 3-4 minutes. Add provolone, and let it melt to create a mixture of steak, onions, and cheese. In the meantime, coat tops and bottoms of rolls with butter; place on a nonstick baking sheet and broil until golden, about 3 minutes. Remove rolls from oven, then top with steak, onions, and cheese. Place tops on sliders and serve.
