1 package pizza dough
1 tablespoon butter
1 garlic clove, crushed or minced
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella
Preheat oven to 450. Break dough apart and form into 1-2 inch balls, then place balls in a round, nonstick baking dish in a wreath formation. Bake 25 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and garlic together. Remove dough from oven, and top with butter and garlic mixture; bake an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove dough from baking dish and place on aluminum foil or an oven-safe flat surface (this will make it easier to transfer to a dish later), and top with tomato sauce and mozzarella. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble. Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish.
