Rice & Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients:
1/2 cup yellow rice
4 corn tortillas
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup salsa verde
1/4 cup Cotija cheese

Directions:
Cook rice according to package instructions. Over a small flame or in a pan, toast tortillas until they start to brown. Drain black beans, then fill tacos with rice, beans, salsa, and cheese.
