No-Bake Breakfast Bars

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or finely chopped dark chocolate)
3/4 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey

Line an 8×8 or 9×9 dish with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, and chocolate chips. In a separate, larger bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Slowly add dry ingredients into peanut butter and honey mixture. (For more of a sweet and salty combo, season with sea salt.) Spread mixture evenly into baking dish, and refrigerate one hour. Remove from dish and cut evenly into bars.
