Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1-2 teaspoons Old Bay
1 cup shredded cheddar
3/4 cup high quality, jumbo lump crab meat  

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay, and cheddar. Lightly fold in crab meat, keeping the meat as intact as possible. Bake for 20 minutes. (Optional: Top the dish with a squeeze of lemon juice.)
Five-Ingredient Tip: Use the highest quality crab meat you can find; preferably fresh from a seafood market. Lower quality meat often leaves a fishy, unappealing after taste.
