Cacio e Pepe

Ingredients:
4 servings bucatini (about 8 ounces) + 1/4 cup leftover pasta water
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions. (Salt the pasta water for added flavor.) Once cooked, drain pasta and add butter and reserved pasta water, tossing until butter fully melts. Toss pasta with Parmesan and black pepper, and serve.
