1 slice whole grain toast
6-8 large shrimp or 1 lobster tail, fully cooked, chilled, and chopped
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Optional: Chopped green onion for garnish
Toast bread to desired crispness. In a small bowl, combine shrimp or lobster, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Top toast with avocado, plus shrimp or lobster mixture. Garnish with green onions (optional).
