1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
8-10 large, fresh or defrosted shrimp
In a bowl, add soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk well to combine, and set aside. In a pan, add a splash of olive oil and cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes on each side. With about one minute remaining, add sauce to pan. Toss shrimp in sauce to coat.
