8 ounces chicken, chopped into 1-inch cubes
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (We love P.F. Chang’s brand)
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/2 cup Vidalia onion, sliced
Add a splash of oil to a pan and heat on medium. Add in chicken and cook about 6 minutes, tossing occasionally to make sure all sides are seared and chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add teriyaki sauce to pan, followed by peppers and onions, and let vegetables simmer in sauce on medium-low heat for 10-15 minutes. Finally, add chicken back to the pan; toss chicken with peppers and sauce to coat.
