Arugula and Prosciutto Pizza

8 ounces pizza dough
1/3 cup ricotta
1 cup packed arugula
3 slices prosciutto
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Remove dough from refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 450. Roll out dough evenly to desired thickness. Bake 12-15 minutes. Remove dough from oven and top with ricotta. Bake an additional 5-8 minutes, or to desired crispness. Remove dough, then top with arugula, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. Season with salt.
