Burrata Margherita Pizza

Ingredients:
8 ounces pizza dough
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 ounces burrata
Fresh basil to taste

Directions:
Remove dough from refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 450. Roll out dough evenly to desired thickness. Spread sauce evenly on dough, top with garlic, and bake 10-12 minutes. Remove dough from oven, and break apart burrata to spread on top of dough. Season with salt. Top with fresh basil and bake an additional 8-10 minutes, or to desired crispness.
