White Pizza

8 ounces pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup ricotta
1 clove garlic, chopped
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella or pizza blend (pizza blend is commonly available in shredded cheese section of grocery story)

Remove dough from refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 450. Roll out dough evenly to desired thickness. Top dough with olive oil, ricotta, garlic, and mozzarella or pizza blend. Season with salt. Bake 18-20 minutes, or to desired crispness.
