1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Then, add walnuts and vanilla, and mix well. Line a dish with parchment paper (for thicker pieces, use a 9×4 loaf pan; for thinner pieces, use a 9×9 pan). Add fudge to dish and let set 2 hours in refrigerator.
