
Ingredients:
12 ounces (1 container) “shake and pour” pancake mix (we used Bisquick)
12-15 Oreos
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
Optional: 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, for garnish
Directions:
Heat oil to 350 in a medium pan. Add water to pancake mix according to package instructions. Then, dip Oreos into pancake batter. Add Oreos to pan, without overcrowding, and fry until golden brown—30-60 seconds per side. Dust with powdered sugar.
