Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese

8 ounces (1 package) cream cheese, softened
8 slices bread
2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 jalapeño peppers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Spread cream cheese along 8 bread slices. Top 4 of the slices with cheddar and jalapeños, then top with cream cheese slice. Spread mayonnaise on the outside of each bread slice. In a pan, cook sandwiches over medium-low heat, about 4 minutes; flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
