1 package pizza dough
2/3 cup pizza sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 cups shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup pepperoni (about 25 slices)
Preheat oven to 450. Roll out pizza dough into a circle. On one half of the dough, add sauce, garlic, mozzarella, and pepperoni. Fold over other half to create the calzone; push edges of dough with a fork to seal. Bake 18 minutes or until dough is golden brown.
