Sriracha Chicken Meatballs

1 pound ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
3 tablespoons sriracha
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400. Combine chicken, egg, onion, sriracha, and breadcrumbs. Season mixture generously with salt and pepper. Form into large meatballs, about 3 inches in diameter. Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165. (Oven times may vary.)
