6 slices hearty white bread
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 350. Remove crust from bread and cut into cubes; place bread into a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour egg wash into bread bowl, and gently mix until it coats all bread pieces.
In another bowl, melt butter in the microwave in two 15-second intervals or until fully melted. Add butter, plus blueberries, to bread and gently mix to combine. Scoop mixture into individual muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes.
Five-Ingredient Tip: For additional sweetness, add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the mixture.
