1 pound sweet potatoes, cut into long, thin fries
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or paprika, for a more mild heat)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven to 400. Add cut sweet potatoes to a large bowl. In a small bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Add oil mixture to fries and toss to coat. Evenly spread fries onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 15 minutes. Then, turn broiler on high and broil for 5-8 minutes for added crisp, flipping halfway through.
