Ingredients:
12-15 wings, plus canola or vegetable oil for frying (or bake wings at 400°F for 45-60 minutes or until 165 degrees)
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Fill a large skillet with oil (about 1 1/2 inches in depth). Heat oil to 350. Cook wings 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until internal temperature reaches 165 Fahrenheit. (Internal temperature is important, as thickness of wings will affect cook time – if wings are fully submerged in oil, cook time will be less).
Meanwhile, in a small pan, combine garlic and 1 tablespoon butter. Roast garlic 1 minute on medium, then add additional butter and melt fully. Transfer butter to a bowl.
Remove wings from oil and season with salt. Coat wings in garlic butter. Then, toss wings with Parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
