
Ingredients: Makes 4 wraps
1 package chicken tenderloins
4 cups loosely packed lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated
4 tortillas
Directions:
Cook chicken on medium-low heat, about 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165. Let cool five minutes, then slice. Divide chicken, lettuce, dressing, and Parmesan among 4 tortillas. Fold the sides of the tortillas in, then roll the tortillas to form wraps.
