Ingredients: Makes 4 pita halves
1 package falafel mix, such as Manischewitz
2 pieces whole wheat pita
1/2 cup tzatziki
8 lettuce leaves
1/4 cup red onion, sliced thinly
1/4 cup harissa, for spice (optional)
Cook falafel according to package instructions. Slice pita in half to create 4 pockets. Spread tzatziki evenly within each pocket. Add lettuce leaves, then falafel, then red onion and optional harissa.
