
Ingredients: Makes 4 sandwiches
8 slices whole wheat sandwich bread
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Low-sodium deli turkey (about 3 slices per sandwich)
Sliced sharp cheddar (1-2 slices per sandwich)
1 apple, thinly sliced
Directions:
Toast bread. Spread mayo on 4 slices of bread, then top with cheddar. Broil on high 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Top sandwich with turkey and sliced apples.
