14 ounces (1 can) diced fire roasted tomatoes
1/2 jalapeño, roughly chopped (add more or less, depending on preferred spice)
1/4 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro
Juice of half a lime
Salt and pepper
