Corned Beef Reuben Sliders

8 ounces corned beef*
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Russian dressing
1/4 cup sauerkraut
4 slider buns

*We purchased prepared corned beef from our local deli. To make it from scratch, add corned beef to a crock pot and cover with water. Simmer on low 6-8 hours.

Separate corned beef into 4 servings. Add slices of Swiss cheese over each corned beef serving, then broil on high 2 minutes. Meanwhile, top slider buns with Russian dressing. Remove corned beef and Swiss from oven, then add to slider buns and top with sauerkraut.
