Mediterranean Flatbread

1 pound pizza dough
Olive oil, for drizzling
3/4 cup feta
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 450. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Drizzle oil over dough and bake 5 minutes. Remove dough from oven and top with red onion, olives, garlic, salt, and pepper. Season with salt and pepper and cook an additional 5 minutes. Then, remove from oven once more, top with feta, and bake 5-10 minutes or until edges are crisp.
