Dark Chocolate Mousse

1 cup heavy cream
3-4 tablespoons dark chocolate syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Dark chocolate shavings, for decoration

Add heavy cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla, and sugar to a food processor. Process 20-30 seconds, until cream is fully whipped. Remove mousse and serve.
Optional: Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 tablespoon sugar to food processor. Process 15 seconds or until cream is fully whipped. Remove, and top chocolate mousse with whipped cream, plus shaved chocolate.
