2 tablespoons butter
5 ounces mini marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies
In a large bowl, melt butter 10-15 seconds in the microwave. Add mini marshmallows to bowl and mix until they’re coated in butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring marshmallows in between each interval, until fully melted.
Remove melted marshmallows from microwave and add Rice Krispies to mixture, 1 cup at a time, mixing to combine. Transfer Rice Krispie mixture from the bowl and place neatly in a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let cool completely, then cut and serve.
