Grilled Peach Crostini

Baguette, sliced into 10 1-inch pieces
1 can sliced peaches
3/4 cup ricotta
5 slices prosciutto, cut in half

Heat a large pan to medium-high heat. Add peaches to pan and grill about 30-60 seconds per side or until each side has a nice sear. Meanwhile, toast baguette slices and top with ricotta and prosciutto. Add grilled peach slices to each baguette and serve.
