4 servings pasta (about 3 cups dry)
1/4 cup pesto
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 1/4 cup small mozzarella pearls
Black pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a small bowl, add pesto, mayonnaise, and black pepper to taste. Mix well and set aside.
Drain pasta, then rinse pasta to cool it. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella. Add pesto mayo and gently toss to combine.
To pack it: Add pasta to a sealable plastic container. Optional: Pack an additional 2 tablespoons of the pesto mayo to moisten the pasta before serving.
