Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad

1 cup diced tomato
1 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup sliced or chopped red onion (about 1/4 an onion)
1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate 30 minutes to let flavors combine, then serve.
