Tangy Broccoli Salad

1 head of broccoli
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 of a large red onion
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup slaw dressing

Separate the broccoli florets from the center stem. Roughly chop the florets. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar, onion, and bacon. Toss with slaw dressing and let chill 30 minutes before serving.
