2 servings shells or pasta of choice
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
6-8 ounces lump crab meat
Optional chopped scallions, for garnish
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a large pan, melt butter on low, then add heavy cream and heat 5 minutes or until steaming. Whisk in sharp cheddar until fully combined. Whisk in Old Bay, and let sauce heat an additional 5 minutes.
Remove pasta, drain, and toss in sauce. Fold in crab meat, and season with additional Old Bay and scallions, if desired.
