2 servings shells or pasta of choice
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat heavy cream on low for about 5 minutes or until steaming. Add garlic, then Parmesan, and whisk until fully combined. Then, add gruyere and whisk until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
Add pizza seasoning and heat an additional 5 minutes. Then, drain pasta and add to pan, and toss with cheese sauce.
