Nashville Hot Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
2-3 thin chicken breasts, plus oil for cooking
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup hot sauce
1-2 teaspoons cayenne seasoning

Directions:
For chicken: Heat a splash of oil on medium-low in a medium pan. Cook chicken 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165. Remove chicken from heat; let rest 5 minutes, then shred with two forks.

Preheat the oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, chicken, hot sauce, and cayenne. Mix, then bake in an oven-safe dish 20 minutes.
