Bucatini with Cherry Tomatoes & Goat Cheese

2 servings bucatini pasta, plus pasta water
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
Salt and pepper
2-3 large basil leaves
1-2 tablespoons goat cheese

Cook pasta according to package instructions. In a small pan, melt butter on low. Add cherry tomatoes and heat 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Then, add half of basil. Continue heating tomatoes until pasta is fully cooked. Before draining pasta, add 2-3 tablespoons pasta water to tomatoes. Drain pasta, then toss with tomatoes. Plate pasta, then top with goat cheese and remaining basil
