Baked Parmesan Chicken Tenders

1/2 cup panko
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
5-6 chicken tenderloins
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350. Add panko and Parmesan to a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, add flour, then add eggs to another bowl as well. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dip chicken in flour, then in egg wash, then in breadcrumb mixture. Add chicken to an oven-safe dish, then bake 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165.
