4 ounces lo mein or rice noodles
2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Cook noodles according to package instructions. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and peanut butter. Whisk until peanut butter is broken down and sauce is smooth. Remove noodles from heat, drain, then toss in sauce. Serve at room temperature, or refrigerate 30 minutes to chill.
