Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Panini

2 tablespoons sundried tomato pesto
2 slices fresh white bread
Fresh mozzarella cheese
1-2 basil leaves
1-2 tablespoons butter, softened

Spread pesto along the inside of both slices of bread. Top bread with mozzarella cheese and basil. Spread butter along outside of each bread slice. In a pan, heat panini on low until toasted and cheese is melted; about 5 minutes on the first side and 3 minutes on the second side. (Or, use a panini maker.)
