Baked Chicken in White Wine Sauce

3-4 chicken breasts, pounded to be no more than 1-inch thick
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup white wine
4 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves
1-2 springs of rosemary
Optional crushed red pepper flakes, for spice

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken breasts in an oven-safe dish with a bit of olive oil.  Season chicken generously with salt and pepper. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 Fahrenheit. 

With about 15 minutes remaining in cook time, remove chicken and add butter, wine, garlic, and optional rosemary to dish. Finish cooking chicken, then serve alone or over pasta.
