1 pound room temperature pizza dough
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1-2 thin chicken breasts
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
1/2 cup packed fresh spinach
Preheat the oven to 450. Shape pizza dough into a pizza, then bake 10 minutes. While pizza cooks, heat chicken and a splash of oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook chicken about 4 minutes per side or until 165. Remove chicken from heat and shred with two forks. Remove pizza from oven, then top with alfredo sauce, cheese, spinach, and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
