Ingredients:
1 pound top sirloin steak, cut into 1-2 inch pieces, plus oil for cooking
Sea salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-2 garlic cloves
Directions:
Add a splash of oil to a medium pan, and heat on medium, 1-2 minutes. Then, salt steak generously, and add steak and garlic to pan. Cook steak 3-5 minutes or until medium rare. (Make sure to turn steak to get an even sear on each side.) With 1 minute remaining, add butter, parsley, and lemon juice. Remove steak from heat and let rest. Top steak with juices from pan. Serve immediately.
