2 servings pasta
3 slices bacon, cooked to desired crispness
1/2 cup chopped or shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped plum tomatoes
1/4 cup store-bought chipotle dressing, plus more as desired
Cook pasta according to package instructions. When pasta is done, drain and run under cold water to cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. Add dressing, and toss to combine.
