2 servings pasta
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted
2-3 tablespoons red wine vinaigrette
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
Cook pasta according to package instructions. When pasta is done, drain and run under cold water to cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta, red onion, and olives. Add red wine vinaigrette and toss, then gently fold in feta crumbles.
