2 servings pasta
1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
6-8 slices soppressata, chopped
2-3 ounces fresh or marinated mozzarella, chopped (we used marinated BelGioso mozzarella)
Sliced pepperoncini, as desired
2-3 tablespoons Italian dressing
Directions: Cook pasta according to package instructions. When pasta is done, drain and run under cold water to cool. In a large bowl, combine pasta, soppressata, mozzarella, and pepperoncini. Toss with dressing.
