Oven-Baked Salmon

2 pieces wild-caught salmon
Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Salt & pepper
Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425. Cover the bottom of an oven-safe dish with tin foil. Add a splash of olive oil, then add salmon to dish. Top salmon with a squeeze of lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Bake 13-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through to 145. Top baked salmon with fresh parsley.
