Wonton Soup

3 cups chicken broth
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1-2 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup canned mushrooms, sliced
12-14 frozen wontons (we used Trader Joe’s brand)

In a medium pot, heat chicken broth and soy sauce until it starts to simmer. Then, add scallions and mushrooms, and heat on low 2-3 minutes. Add wontons, and cook 5 minutes on low. (If packaged wontons are not fully cooked, make sure they reach their proper internal temperature.)
