1 pound store-bought pizza dough
1/2 cup buffalo ranch dressing or buffalo sauce (we used Steve & Ed’s buffalo dip)
1/2 small sweet onion, sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded chicken
Preheat oven to 450. Flatten dough on a pizza pan (preferably one with holes in the bottom, otherwise the dough might not cook well in the center). Top with buffalo ranch, then onion slices, then cheese, then chicken. Bake 15-20 minutes or to desired crispness (any longer, though, and the chicken might dry out). Top with additional buffalo ranch before serving, if desired.
