
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
6 ounces cream cheese
1 fresh jalapeño, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions:
Let chicken breasts sit out 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeño, and cheddar. Cut chicken down the middle lengthwise, and stuff each piece with the mixture. Bake 35-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 (including stuffing).
