
Ingredients:
Champagne (or ginger ale, for a mocktail version)
Apple cider
Caramel
Cinnamon
Sugar
Directions:
Combine 1 part cinnamon and 3 parts sugar in a small bowl. Line rims of champagne glasses with caramel, then dip into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Add champagne and apple cider to the glasses, measuring in 2 parts champagne to 1 part apple cider.
